It has taken me three years but I finally got to photograph TWINS! Well, two sets of twins to be exact.
I’ve been obsessed with twins since I was a kid. Did you ever do the “keep the baby (egg) alive” project in school? Yea, I had twin eggs. And when my husband and I were going through fertility treatments for those 6 long years it was safe to say I had secretly hoped for twins more times than I can count. With twins running in both of our families plus the fertility treatments, I thought I just might get ’em.

Now that I get to spend my days photographing sweet little 6 day old miracles I’ve been itching to get my hands on twins, but for whatever reason it just wasn’t happening. I decided to approach the mother of a set of 7 month old twins at Lex’s school. BINGO! We scheduled the session then BAM out of the blue google sent me an inquiry for a set of newborn twins! Funnily enough these sessions were scheduled for the same week, so needless to say I’ve been a busy photographer!

Lucky for me though I had the amazing Rachel from Ava Grey Photography assisting and she even snapped a few behind the scenes shots too! You can see more of the newborn twins session in their custom slideshow below.
