A few weeks ago I got a call from South Florida Parenting Magazine congratulating me on my nomination for a Kids Crown Award. One (or some) of their readers nominated Jennifer Reina Photography for Best Baby Photography in Broward County!
Now, I have never won an award before, but I have also never entered into any competitions. As sweet as it would be to attach the accomplishment “Award Winning Photographer” to my business, I highly doubt I will be awarded this title. I am up against a phenomenal newborn photographer who has been in business here in South Florida for 16 years! Plus she has won this very title the last 2 years in a row. Although I DO already have a crown in my logo . . . .
You know how you hear people say “It was an honor just to be nominated” I can tell you first hand that that is 100% true! My heart is so full of joy that someone out there, whether it be a client or just a fan of my work, associated ME as THE Best Baby Photographer in Broward County Florida! Thank you, whoever you are, for that incredible gift. I am so unbelievably amazed that I get to wake up every day to an amazing husband, the coolest 4 year old son around AND my newborn photography business.

Jennifer puts her heart into making what may seem like a silly and fun photo of your children into a collage of the memories you had of having children from birth and through each and every step they make. The lighting, technique, and genuine care that she has for making each and every shot perfect for families is what makes her a fantastic photographer for children and the families that love them.

That is so awesome being nominated. We have a contest here in the Pacific NW but it tends to be a giant popularity contest and at least in the photography part the people that win are really deserving of it. I like that you have to be nominated in order to be in the contest. Good Luck!
